The Canary Islands are the only place in Europe which is blessed with mild all-year-round weather and 340 sunny days a year. That makes Tenerife the perfect spot for your training camp.
Get ready for an amazing week preparing yourself for new challenges. Our training camp focuses on guided rides on some of the best cycling routes in the world. We include coached technical swim sessions and runs.
You will leave the island with a new sense of confidence in your racing and training potential.
The camp will be limited to 15 people

Accommodation
In superior 1 bedroom apartments with double occupation in a 3 starts sports hotel, which is located in Costa Adeje in the 1st line on the Atlantic Ocean as you enter the charming fishing village of La Caleta. A spectacular location in which athletes will find all the finest services and facilities for relaxation. The hotel offers special nutrition, adapted to the athlete’s needs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, kettle, toaster and fridge. It also has air conditioning, a balcony with views, a TV with international channels and free Wifi connection. There is also a safe for a fee. Moreover the high-performance sports centre - Tenerife Top Training - is reachable within 10 minutes by walk.
Schedule




Day 1
SATURDAY - Arrival in Tenerife
After your airport transfer to the hotel, we will make a welcome evening for a social gathering to meet the group members and introduce the plan of the week. You will get your bike professionally adjusted to you.
Day 2
SUNDAY - 68 km bike and swimming
We will start the camp with 3 hours 30 mins ride with a 1583 m elevation gain. Then you will have the opportunity to do a brick run before heading to the high-performance sports centre - Tenerife Top Training (T3), where you will have a site tour to show you all the facilities and have a technical swimming session.
Day 3
MONDAY - 100 km bike
This day we go for a 5 hour ride up to the mountains to the highest village of the island with a 1495 m elevation gain followed by a sports massage. After you will have the opportunity to do a brick run before making your way to have a sports massage.
Day 4
TUESDAY - 75 km bike
Today we make a 3 hours 45 min ride along the coast, through the beautiful golf courts of Amarilla Golf and the beach of La Tejita. From here we go up to Chimiche before descending back. The total elevation gain is 1544 m. In the afternoon you will have a stretching in the sports centre.
Day 5
WEDNESDAY - Swimming and flume/gym
On this day we head to the sports centre to have a technical swimming session and half of the group will make the flume session with technical recording and evaluation. The other half will have a strengthening in the gym followed by a run.
Day 6
THURSDAY - THE BIG DAY - CLIMBING MOUNT TEIDE
We reached the most exciting day of our camp to climb the highest mountain in Spain. It’s a 110 km ride through Granadilla to Boca Tauce, and down to Chio before returning to the starting point. The total elevation gain is 2674m and the estimated time on the saddle is 6 hours.
Day 7
FRIDAY - Running and Flume
Today will be the flume session for the other half of the group, while those who had already this practice will have a strengthening in the gym followed by a run. In the afternoon the group will enjoy the sunset from a boat and we will have dinner to sum up the week.
